Ideal Image St. Paul Grand Avenue

I just had a BBL laser treatment by Mo and this was the best laser experience that I’ve ever had. Mo is so knowledgeable and thorough. We did at least 4 different passes to address redness and pigment. Mo was checked in with me throughout the treatment to make sure I was comfortable. I’m thrilled that I was able to tolerate the higher settings for a first treatment. Would highly recommend to see Mo for BBL. The location is great on Grand Avenue and parking ramp available close by. Thank you!

I’ve never written a bad review in my life. Ideal image deserves zero stars. Their “packages” are a total rip off. Worst pain I’ve experienced in my life. Basically torture in the name beauty. I quit part way through my series of treatments because the pain was too much for me. I wasn’t able to get any money back and felt like the whole thing was a waste. Pain level varies person to person based on the type of body hair they have, but I felt deceived by the woman who sold me my package. The organization is, of course, founded by men. When I was sitting in the lobby before an appointment, I saw a woman come out of a session with red eyes and a shaky expression; it was clear she had been crying. I just feel very sad and don’t want anyone else to have to go through this. I don’t respect this company and people deserve much better. Let’s say no to beauty torture! Or at least go somewhere that doesn’t rope you into deceptive “deals.” I’m sure other places would offer better options.

I had no idea what to expect but got to talk through what I wanted to achieve and received thorough information and guidance. Asked lots of questions and was met with transparent answers. I felt like I was in phenomenal hands with the crew and they were so fun, too!

Ideal Team was amazing.Erika was amazing. Had my first consultation and treatment done. Ema my provider was super thorough in explaining everything that will happen during the treatment, and making you feel comfortable throughout my hair laser removal . All of the staff is so friendly and welcoming! I am coming back again for my next appointment.

I have been going Ideal Image for about 6 months for laser hair removal. Having not really known what to expect, they have made the experience such a breeze! Couldn’t recommend the St Paul location more everyone is fantastic and could see results after just 1 session!
