Allegro MedSpa (Brickerton Day Spa)

Been coming here to see Belle for my nails since I moved back to Mississippi and into the area. She always hits it out of the park.

If you cannot give a prenatal massage until they are 13 weeks that should be made clear before the appointment is booked. I totally understand you have policies to follow but I drove 30 min to be turned away because I’m not far enough along. Was told pretty gruffly she didn’t want to be liable if she caused me a miscarriage. Was paraded back to the front desk to reschedule like I had done something wrong. Really disappointed in the whole experience.

Couldn’t enjoy the massage because the person I requested did not do the massage so I was paired with another massage therapist. She talked the entire time and gave me a massage that did not match the description I paid for. If someone is coming to get a massage I think it’s a no brainer to allow them to relax. I don’t care about your personal life, etc. It should be a requirement that all massage therapists focus on the massage instead of talking about the moon, stars and the butterflies. Additionally, I heard excuse after excuse about her still training. Basically I received a rub down. Do better Allegro

Not a bad price for everything, but I felt like I wasn’t treated as well as the person I was with. My feet were done in about 5 minutes while my friend getting hers done for like 20 minutes. It Shouldn’t have been that way especially since it was my first time ever getting a manicure. my friend has been there before but it was my first time. Everyone was really nice. Also, I got my nails done, one of my nails was crooked and everyone else didn’t think it was, so I just let it go because it was my first time and I didn’t want to be an annoyance. when I got home I was going to wash my dishes but I did them today and not the day I got my nails done. It has been a day and a half and I already have nails popping off. I am so close to going up there and getting a refund. I feel like they should have at least made me feel like a regular customer so I would go there more. I’m never going back there ever again. i’m only giving it two stars because the people there are very nice, and the 5 Second massage was really good. also the red mark below my nail I got it from there. She accidentally cut me.

first time going for a massage was definitely expecting it to be a relaxing 45-50 minutes but the girl talked the entire time and did more talking than massaging left out of there feeling the same and when i came in just with lotion on
