Hattiesburg Clinic Dermatology – South

I had an appointment with Ford to address two concerns. She immediately came in the office introduced herself and told me I had to pick an issue to discuss for the visit but she wasn’t going to address both. She stated that I would have to make another appointment in order to have my second concern addressed. When did offices stop addressing more than one concern at a visit? Offices are scamming patients more and more, forcing them to file another visit on their insurance and pay money to meet their deductibles. That’s not fair to a patient who’s waited over a month for an appointment to address an acute problem. The office manager called back the next day with recommendations for my eczema flare up; which did not include a prescription (which is needed.) How can a provider make recommendations on something that they refused to even examine or look at? All they want is your money and to file those unnecessary visits on your insurance; that’s fraud.

Visited Dr. Ford twice within 3 months. 1st visit seemed friendly but felt a little dismissive so we said ok maybe it's just her personality. 2nd visit she said we were only allowed 2 questions!!! Meaning we were only allowed to discuss 2 issues! She talks over you and acts like she's in a hurry and is very dismissive! What kind of a doctor does that! I've never experienced that in my life! Very disappointed with her services!

Dr. Rose and NP Ashley Ford are amazing. The sweetest most caring professionals you will ever meet. Dr. Rose has went above and beyond for my family, especially my sons. I could never thank her enough!

My daughter had an appointment and it was confirmed with an receptionist, upon arrival we were told our appointment was canceled and was not given a reason why. This place is very unprofessional and I would not recommend for anyone to get their skin treated here. I gave them one star, however they don't deserve it, but it would not let me post my review without clicking a star.

Called to make an appointment for my 9yo. Sat on hold for 14 minutes before i had the opportunity to speak with someone, then was told that because she's a new patient, the first available appointment was the end of August. That's over 2 and a half months away...but they care so much.
