Would NOT recommend a Brazilian wax here. As someone who has been regularly getting waxed for over a year, this was the most painful wax I’ve ever had in my life. It hurt way more than my first wax. I don’t remember my waxers name but she was dark skin and on the thicker side. She could not get a grip of the wax which made what would have been one pull, 5 pulls which became so unbarable even though I took ibeprofen in advance. This lasted well over 25-30 minutes. I couldn’t believe this was supposed to be a “professional” giving a service. Not to mention this was the most expensive Brazilian wax I’ve ever paid for in my life being $80 which is absolutley outlandish but I had no other options. Hair was still leftover resulting in me shaving when I got home. Waxer was also 20 minutes late when I came after giving them a courtesy call letting them know I’d be 10 behind. No apologies from anyone and I really just felt scammed and not valued as a customer. I wish I would have spoke up at the time. Never returning

My experience was amazing!!! Very professional and punctual. Relaxing ambience! It is a very welcoming environment. I recently moved and I just wanted a day of pampering. 10/10 would most definitely recommend!!!!

I always feel like I am at home here and they treat me with respect. They also do amazing work on anything you need, and will listen to you if you are scared or have questions.

Called and asked if they were busy, they said no not at all. I asked if they could take 3 waxes and they advised they weren't taking walk ins.... the math is not mathing.
