Dr. Lala and staff were of the utmost courteous and professional staffs that I've ever had dealings with. I come from a medical background so I can be rather critical of professionalism and technique in medical environments and there's was above reproach. The aftercare was also very professional and helpful. Would recommend anyone needing an oral surgeon's services to use East Mississippi Oral & Facial Surgery under Dr. Lala's care first and foremost to meet those needs. Excellent care and I was treated far better than I could have expected. I really had a wonderful experience and my doctor went out of his way to help me in every way he could. After examining my X-rays, he said I did not need 2 expensive procedures that I had been referred to him to do, so he saved me a ton of money by his being so honest. His fees were also a good bit less that my hometown oral surgeons had quoted, so it was worth my driving 90 miles to and from his office. Even better, I never felt the slightest pain during or after the root canal he did for me. Can't recommend him enough. Grady Clark

Great experience. Staff was friendly and professional. The website provided plenty of helpful information to go over with my daughter about the process, options, and healing. The total process took less than an hour. The nurse at discharge provided us with aftercare info and meds were already called in for pickup. My daughter was eating, talking, and in minimal pain by the end of the second day. I had my wisdom teeth removed here a few years ago by Dr. Lala as well and had a great experience. Highly recommend!

Dr Lala and his staff are just the best! I’m always so afraid at the dentist but I can honestly say he never hurt me and didn’t remember a thing when they woke me to say it was all over I couldn’t believe it . I would highly recommend him!
