Beauty Brands

Went in for a simple cut. I asked Cara for full bangs and layering. I received baby bangs one inch higher than where I asked for them to be and they are uneven as well. This is not my first negative experience with beauty brands, but it surely will be my last.

Cara is amazing at the Beauty Brands in Liberty!! She listens to what you want and makes it happen! I got a cut and color with highlights!!! She is so talented and so wonderful!!

I had the pleasure of having my hair done by Jay! My hair was very damaged and process and she was so kind! She gave me some options and talked me through in laymen terms what she can do. So thankful for her kindness and my hair looks incredible! Will defs be back and would recommend(:

My hair was past my waist and the stylist cut it up to nearly my shoulders, I only agreed to cutting 4-5in. She cut well over 8in off my hair. When I told her at the end that it was way too short she said well you can still reach it from behind. I am beyond devastated that she betrayed my trust as a client. I got a perm and I suspect the stylist didn't want to perm my hair at the length it was and instead of telling me no she chopped off all my hair without my knowledge. My hair is completely ruined.

Desirae listened and ask questions to confirm my foil highlight preferences. She was very personable, and made the whole experience truly enjoyable. I will definitely be back!
