I went to four ENT's trying to get help for an ear issue and a left blocked nostril. Even had a procedure done at a place that specializes in balloon surgery that starts with St. Louis. Did nothing but cost me money, make my head pound, and ear and nostril stayed blocked. I went to Dr Cristel with no expectations, and thought he would be the last Dr I would try to help me. If he couldn't help, I would just forget ever getting relief. He knew immediately what the issues were. I had a procedure done for my ears then a procedure done for my nose. Both procedures fixing both of my problems. Dr Cristel has excellent bedside manners, he seems compassionate and he actually listens. I can't thank him enough, and I highly recommend him.

I had a hemorrhage with my nose and had to go by ambulance to Progress West Hospital emergency room. My nose was packed and I went up to third floor . I had to wait for an ENT doctor. I was released after 3 days and went home where I had to wait 3 days for Dr Cristel to examine and remove packing and treat the nose. He is a wonderful doctor and from what I understand a new face in the area. I took his card to my Provider and ask him to refer the new doctor to any of his patients who needed ENT doctor I wish him well as I understand the area is need of his services. I am grateful and appreciative of him as a person and for his knowledge as an ENT doctor.
