I am so thankful for Tiffany and 417 Refine! I went to Tiffany last year after feeling defeated with my weight gain. I was tired, fatigued, couldn’t stop snacking at night, constant tummy issues and just not feeling myself. I was too self conscious to even workout! I went to Tiffany to help me with my weight loss and it’s now been a little over a year and I have lost close to 40 lbs. She hasn’t just helped me with my weight loss, but it’s helped with my overall confidence, I have more energy, I’m happier, I have less stress and overall I am feeling back to myself and even better than I was before! Tiffany really listens and truly wants to help her clients. I highly recommend Tiffany and her team for anything med spa related but especially if you are struggling with weight gain and are feeling stuck!

I absolutely love 417 Refine! The staff is hands-down the best to work with. They take the time to go over every treatment in detail and thoroughly explain what to expect, which makes the whole process so much easier. They’ve helped me regain my energy and get back to living an active lifestyle, and I honestly can’t thank them enough for that. Highly recommend!

I had a VI Peel done with Lindsey a few weeks ago and it was great! She was super nice and made sure I was comfortable. I am happy she is a part of my skin journey and is giving me the necessary recommendations for my individual needs!

Working with Elizabeth has been a great process in my overall health improvement. Elizabeth is very personable and knowledgeable. She does what’s best for her client and is always available and checks in regular with them. I have seen improvements since seeing her, and appreciate all her help.
