I have been here twice for tattoo lightening. All of the staff is always absolutely so nice, friendly and professional. I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing any of their services. The individual who does my removal is always so personal, caring and takes her time.

My only experience was in trying to have a consult. I do not recommend you book online. I arrived at the appointment and met with a provider for 30 seconds She told me she didn’t know anything about skin procedures because she handles weight loss, hormones and Botox. She immediately took me up front to make another appointment. I said I was disappointed because I scheduled time off to meet with someone for a consult. She told me the front desk could tell me everything I need to know. I don’t expect the front desk to be able to answer any questions about risk, regrowth and healing. I can’t understand why they didn’t just call me beforehand and ask why I wanted to be seen if they needed that to make the appointment. I definitely left with the impression that it was my fault I was scheduled with the wrong person & my fault being confused and disappointed at the whole situation. Maybe that happens all the time? While mistakes and oversights happen the lack of courtesy in just extending a sincere apology without trying to make the misunderstanding my fault made me decide to seek care elsewhere.

Do not use this place for wart removal. We brought our teenage son here about a month ago to remove some warts on his hand. He was injected with some stuff and told that if it didn't work, we could come back in a month and have them lasered off. The stuff they injected didn't work and so an appointment was made to have them removed via laser. First, the original appointment at 11 AM had to be rescheduled the day before the appointment due to the fact that the laser had been double booked somehow. When we showed up yesterday to the new appointment time, we were told by the attending nurse (different than first) that she would not do the laser unless the injections were tried several times without success. We should have just left but allowed them to re-inject whatever they had done previously as dermatologist appointments can be hard to get into and we will be starting from scratch again. So, another $150 later and here we are: They don't do freezing of warts at this place and whatever they're injecting has little or no effect and made our son sick with a fever for about five days the first time around. The main issue however is being told one thing and then showing up to an appointment a month later and having something like this happen. We will be making an appointment with a traditional dermatologist to freeze them.

I'm very happy with my initial visit. I'm looking forward to see how things go. Christine explained everything thoroughly asked me if I had any questions i'm really looking forward to the process.

This place is like a gem in Springfield. Everyone here makes sure you feel welcome. If there are any questions an answer has always been found within reason. This place is like a sanctuary for anyone wanting to make good choices at rates that are cost effective. Personally, I started coming here for tattoo removal. However, I noticed other services provided and have taken the opportunity to get other things done. Melissa is whom I spoke to for my consultation. She is working with me for my tattoo removals, and also, did my upper eyeliner tattoo for both eyes. She pretty much has guided through everything. Melissa is patient, kind, and caring. Cheryl, is the owner, and when u walk into this place it’s clear she puts a lot of energy into Derma Health of Springfield, MO. Anyone who comes here benefits and will feel relaxed. Jessica is who I see for facial treatments.(I’m working on rejuvenating my face/neck) She is very informative and kind as well. When I seen how much was offered here, the kindness of everyone, and etc…. I started coming here. One thing I will mention is that life happens -it’s so important if u schedule an appointment to do your best to make it if possible. (By the way I have typically come in my gym clothes- it’s been ok to do so - this way I made my appointment(s). In this place you’ll feel welcomed and treated well - at least that had been my experience. Thank you 🙏
