Very nice professional people at this office. They made my Mother comfortable about what was going to happen and answered any questions she had. They made sure to answer any family questions and we could call back any time with concerns about her dressing or the area that they removed the cancer.

My experience was and still is a top notch, professional experience. As a retired dentist, I may have a keen eye, slightly different perspective and ‘measuring stick”. I observed the management of appointments, finances/insurance, schedule, clinical time management, professionalism in all areas of practice interactions with the patients and amongst the staff. I was greeted, brought into the clinic, and seen by the care provider promptly and on time. The questions were all entertained, the diagnosis, prognosis, recommended treatment, and post op care was direct and delivered with confidence. I saw the staff adjust to changes in schedule and the treatment to be provided to a patient at that appointment with flexibility and coordination. It was obvious the staff communicated well and respected each other. I seemed that they enjoyed their jobs. I was impressed by the management in every aspect I encountered. With confidence I would recommend anyone to seek health care there.

I was impressed with the office when I walked in, plenty of staff at the front desk. It didn't take long to get my places on my face frozen and taken care of. They wanted me back in 6 months but I made it for 3 months just to get on top of all of it. I would recommend your office to anyone. Thank you for your help. I forgot my doctor put in a referral on Thur. and they called that day and I got in on Tue.
