Rajeunir Medical Spa

I will not go into all of my experience with them because the post would be too long. I finally gave in to the spa and paid $499 to be released from the contract I signed with them. They will likely reply that they offered to fix my neck…that looks no different after paying $1400 for strings, but after my muscle snapped, I didn’t want that option. I simply wanted to be released from my contract. They would not let me. So beware before you sign. Under no circumstances will they release you. They are not relational or empathic. They simply want to be contractually right. I was obligated for sure. But I also had a unique experience. It didn’t matter. Just as a hint of the chaos…I went in to have my neck worked on and the nurse was prepping for my forehead instead. That’s just a small piece of the story and should have left then. Feel free to message me anytime with questions. After 2 months of cold conversations, they get my review for $499. (The picture shows where something in my jaw snapped. It’s still painful as of today)

If I could rate this place 0 stars, I definitely would. I have been to this place one time back in 2021 and they have charged my card for $62 every month since then. They also renewed a contract that i did not consent to. I called to cancel It and they would not cancel it because I apparently had a balance of $400 somehow. This place has gotten over $2000 of my money and like I’ve said, I only went once.. I do not recommend coming here, they are money hungry! Take your money elsewhere!! The lady I talked to was not helpful at all.

Rajeunir has helped me on many levels. From rosacea and fine lines to increased self confidence. The staff members are caring and knowledgeable about all the treatments and products. I love the membership program. The staff has guided me through the most beneficial services to cover my needs at my price point. I highly recommend!

Britta is fabulous! She does the injections. She is very professional and you can tell she is well-trained in aesthetics. All of the staff in the office, especially the practice manager Juah, are so friendly and helpful. They treat me like I’m the only client they have and take time to explain every procedure in depth. I’ve been to medical spas in the past where good customer service was lacking and this is not one of those places — they treat you like a friend but behave as utmost professionals. I’m so glad I found Rajeunir! They have made a lifetime customer in me. I highly recommend!

The staff is very friendly and helpful with scheduling. The facilities are always clean and kept nice. I have had some laser hair removal sessions and they were not painful in any way, all my sessions have went well. I would recommend Rajeunir to others interested in looking for these types of treatments.
