Dr. Porshinsky at Aria Cosmetic Surgery did my Tummy Tuck, Breast Aug and lift. Everyone at this office is the absolute best! So kind and compassionate and will go far and beyond to meet your every need. Was seen on a Saturday for a concern and was so thankful that they could get me in. Aria Cosmetics deserves more than 5 stars!

After years of weight loss, regain, and loss again, I was riddled with excess skin. Dr. Porshinsky and his team has did an excellent job, removing my excess skin. I have had 4 procedures (breast augmentation/lift, arm lift, fleur-de-lis tummy tuck, back lift ) in total. Dr. Porshinsky has an excellent bedside manner. The nurses, CRNA, surgery coordinator, medical assistants, and receptionist are all wonderful! It's quite humbling and humiliating to stand before a stranger naked to be measured and marked prior to procedure. He was so professional. It made the process a bit more manageable.

I absolutely love all of the staff at Aria! They helped me through every step of the process and continue to follow up on my progress from my breast augmentation. I was very nervous and had a million questions going into this process and they did an excellent job at answering every single question which helped relieve any stress going into surgery. Highly recommend this Dr and office for any of your cosmetic surgery needs not to mention no where in STL beats their affordable pricing!

I just had a breast augmentation. From the beginning I was treated amazing by the office staff, nurses, and Dr. Porshinsky. I was not 100% going into surgery about what size I wanted even though we already ordered them but after discussing again with the Dr I went into surgery feeling confident... Day 2 I felt really sick and had to call the after hours number at 8:00 pm on a friday and Dr. Porshinsky answered the phone himself!* and immediately called me in a prescription. I had the meds i needed by 9:00 pm. so far this has been an amazing experience. Obviously i cant tell my results yet but so far so good!
