Dr Reed was great! He came in & immediately introduced himself to my daughter & I. My daughter (11) was terrified to have a procedure to remove a bump on her arm but he did a great job reassuring her that everything was going to be great. She is now healing very well & her incision & stitches look fabulous!! Very pleased!

From ease of scheduling, to the greetings with the wonderful front office staff, to the appointment itself…wonderful experience! I saw Brady and Kim for my appointment. both were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. From the numbing to the biopsy itself, totally painless. If you’re looking for a new dermatologist, or are just nervous to start going-give Premier a try! You won’t regret it!

I was misdiagnosed after visiting for itchy lesions, which were incorrectly identified as warts. I received freezing treatment, but my symptoms worsened and spread. After consulting another dermatology practice, I learned my condition was a reaction to an over-the-counter medication confirmed via biopsy. When I contacted Premier Dermatology to request a waiver for the $100 freezing treatment, a manager informed me that Dr. Reed who did not see me declined the request. Despite my experience, photos documenting the case and the other dermatologist's diagnosis, they would not reconsider the charge. While I appreciate the professionalism of the reception team and understand that misdiagnoses can happen, I cannot accept being billed for unnecessary treatment for a condition I did not have.

I have been going to Premier Dermatology for 5+ years. I used to see Christine (PA) and she was absolutely amazing. Helped me clear up my acne and helped me maintain my psoriasis. I am very thankful for her. She unfortunately no longer works there. The past few appointments were scheduled with Dr. Reed. I have had no issues in the past when I met with him, except for my recent appointment. For the medication I am on, I have to be seen every six months. A couple weeks prior to this appointment, my cousin had squeezed two blackheads out of my shoulder blade and it had scabbed over and was healing. Because I was already at a 6 month check-up appointment, I had Dr. Reed look at my shoulder blade just to make sure everything was fine. He looked at the scab, picked it, and put a Band-Aid over it. The process took about 10 seconds. Fast forward a few weeks, I get a bill from Premier Dermatology for $80.70. This is the amount I owed after insurance for a "Drainage of skin abscess". I found this very odd because he in fact did NOT drain ANYTHING. I called the office to dispute this charge and the office manager told me that Dr. Reed used a blade to open the scab, so therefore, it is a procedure and that is why I was charged. I was not told he was going to use a blade or that I would be having a "procedure". I have paid the $80.70 for him to pick a scab and put a Band-Aid over it. As I said previously, Christine was amazing, but sadly no longer works there. The office staff was always very nice so that is why I am giving 2 stars. I will not be going back and am already on the hunt for a new doctor.

We’ve seen Dr. Brady several times for an issue with my kiddos skin and my goodness. I can’t say enough good things about her. She is empathetic, extremely knowledgeable and was so great with my kiddo. 10/10 recommend.
