I recently visited Alive Health + Wellness on Highway 109 in Wildwood for IV ketamine treatment for intractable depression, and I can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for by the team. The environment was serene and calming, setting the perfect tone for healing and relaxation. Dr. Joseph Novof is truly exceptional. He took the time to explain every step of the process, and he answered all my questions with patience and kindness. I never once felt rushed or like just another patient— he genuinely cared about my comfort and well-being throughout the treatment. During the sessions, Dr.Novof checked in regularly, to make sure I felt safe and supported. It was so reassuring and I really felt so reassured to know I was in expert hands. Ketamine IV treatment isn't covered by insurance, so it's really important to me to know that I am under experienced and knowledgeable care, because I take it very seriously to do Ketamine IV. I recommend this place to anyone that deals with depression. It has been such a blessing. The staff are nice and comforting. They are knowledgeable about the different treatments they offer. All around it is a great experience. 10/10 would recommend!
