Bill Joy is truly the best. He's nonjudgmental, informative, and really goes above and beyond to ensure that when you walk out of the clinic you feel a million times better than when you walk in. I've been going to him for Botox and light filler for about two years now and have had nothing but positive experiences with him! He knows exactly what and how much to *subtly* tweak so that your insecurities are relieved while your natural beauty is enhanced and you can feel confident with who you see in the mirror.

Professional and knowledgeable staff and providers! I have been a client of Dr. Crosby for several years - she is not only artfully skilled, but takes time to make sure I am happy with my results. All the providers at this clinic are licensed (Anita does not do procedures as the prior reviewer stated), are experienced in the services they provide, and genuinely care about their clients. Dr. Crosby takes a realistic approach toward my skin - I know that my results will always look amazing and natural.

11/10 stars! I would like to preface this review by saying the following- I am a registered nurse that has worked in plastics for years and currently work in the surgical setting at the hospital. I have written 2 google reviews in my life, but immediately following my procedure at PSS I knew I had to write a fabulous review about Dr. Crosby and Anita. I wanted more information about a PFO facial thread lift and from the minute I walked into their office the receptionist had me fill out the needed paperwork and followed that by saying, "There is absolutely no pressure to move forward with any procedure today at all-we will just hang onto this paperwork if you ever decide to do so." I can't tell you how much I appreciated that. These areas of healthcare are personal and a patient tends to feel very vulnerable in these types of settings.Then Anita popped out to introduce herself and she remembered our phone conversation from days prior-that told me she was really vested into the patients. After visiting with Dr. Crosby, I knew after just a few minutes of talking to her that she knew what she was doing. She offered other services in addition to what I was there for and was extremely thorough. I was very nervous about the PDO threads as I have never had them before, but they assured me with their own stories and experience with the service. They were comforting, personable and paid close attention to how I was handling the procedure. If you are looking into a procedure like this, I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Crosby and this office-they were fabulous and I will most definitely go back!

After much research and many consultations, I chose Physicians Skin Services. The results have exceeded my expectations. The staff is very knowlegable and trained in many areas from skin pen to various laser treatments. After having such great results with my skin, I tried my first Cool Sculpting treatment. I am very pleased by the results. I recommend having a consult. You will be amazed by the outcome and the professionalism of the staff.

I have been going to Physician Skin Services for nearly a decade. I’m a big fan of many of their skin resurfacing options such as Erbium or CO2 laser treatments. Bill Joy and Anika Crosby are top notch when it comes to Botox and filler treatments. I especially appreciate their conservative approach to treatments to keep you looking natural and never overdone.
