Ideal Image Lincoln

Love this location and their friendly staff! Always top tier service. I had laser treatments at the Omaha locations a few times before switching to Lincoln due to availability.. and I’m so very glad I did! My laser tech is AMAZING! She is very thorough and makes me feel at ease during treatment. Can’t recommend this location enough ❤️❤️❤️

Absolutely horrible. The providers are not bad when the clinics are actually open. They are unable to satisfy my contract as the location is closed due to no staff after 5 sessions of laser hair removal. I paid over $3,000 for this service. My contract/terms of service state I paid and they are contractually obligated for 15 sessions/cycles. No refund. No ability to get the services provided I paid for. I believe the company may even be going under. I don’t understand how they can continue to operate so unethically without consequence.

I usually go to the ideal image in omaha and have always a great experience there! However this location had more availability, so tried going here today! It was fantastic! I appreciated how kind and genuine the girls were that I saw today! They were super patient when I couldn’t get my code to work! If you’re on the fence about any services they offer or what your experience will be like, I 10/10 recommend giving them a call/conning in to see them!! I will be going back for next appointment!!

Christina was absolutely amazing! She was very professional in answering the questions I had and was incredibly efficient while providing my services. Very pleasurable experience. I definitely recommend this Ideal Image location.

I might be biased because Jerris is my sister but she is the best there is & I’ve seen her do so many wonderful things and I’m so proud of her! I know she loves what she does & goes above and beyond to ensure that all her clients are satisfied with her service! Recommend!
