Finally found someone who will listen to me about what is going on and cares about finding a solution. She answered all my questions before I even asked like she knew what I needed from her. Everyone I encountered was very friendly. The office and rooms were clean. I would recommend this clinic to everyone. THANK YOU!!!!

I had Kyleena placed my Molly Snow and received excellent care. Molly reviewed all of my options, answered all questions, and I was offered pain management upon request after I scheduled the appointment. She is very experienced and made an intimidating procedure efficient and comfortable!

Previous experiences and care have been excellent. The problem is that since they have joined the Bryan Physician's Network it is impossible to get in to see them due to computer glitches that won't let the pre-authorization process go through. We have been waiting over 3 weeks to hear and it sounds like the pre-authorization request has not even been submitted yet. I even offered to bypass insurance and pay of pocket and was refused. We absolutely loved our provider and the care we got there, but if we can't get in to see her we will be forced to go elsewhere.

I too was shamed about my weight by Paula. She is so scornful and hateful. A terrible bedside manner. My 2 weeks of bleeding and heavy clotting was of course my fault due to my size. This woman is as ugly on the outside as she is in. I'm going to file a formal complaint against her. If nobody reports her she will keep treating patients like cattle I waited 35 minutes in the lobby and then 40 more in the tiny exam room. I will not be returning and will be posting reviews of my experience everywhere I can.Patients on medicaid are often treated as less than and I'm done being treated like this. Apparently Paula has had several complaints about her nasty attitude. Whomever is in charge of doing damage control can save yourself the effort and not bother with your canned response about being apologetic with my lousy experience. If you truly cared about your patients you would actually do something about that rude and condesending woman. I am never setting foot in that clinic again. They have made all the money that they are EVER going to make off of me...id like to update and say that Paula herself called saying my thyroid is causing issues. She was as rude in her voicemail as she was during my appointment. Smug as can be. They called and wanted to schedule me with another Dr. I said I wasn't coming back and I meant it. The way she acted during my appointment left a lasting impression with me. My primary care provider said for my size I'm healthy. I could tell by her tone and body language she really enjoys insulting women who are overweight. This clinic needs to give this woman some sensitivity training ...

Not only have Dr. Maly and Dr. Swanson each delivered one of my daughters but I have continued to see Dr. Maly for various other medical issues. He has been so attentive to my medical problems, performed a successful surgery, and has continued to make personal follow up calls to me during the past few months as I continue to recover. His nursing staff has gone above and beyond to fit me in to their schedule in emergency situations and have been so pleasant to work with. They remember me from prior appointments and are very caring to the medical issues I am dealing with. I would definitely recommend Women's Clinic of Lincoln, more specifically Dr. Maly, and would not want to go to any other provider.
