Wonderful front desk staff, nursing staff, and doctors! My first visit was today and they have a very easy check in/paperwork system. Each person was very informative about the questions I had and made me feel comfortable with my concerns. Highly recommend this office.
I have seen 3 different providers at MD. Dr Madson by far is the best. He listened explained and reassured every step of the way his nurse was amazing as well. Highly recommend!!!!
Dr. Madson and his staff are amazing. When I go in for an appointment, I feel like I’m visiting my friends. Dr. Madson is very caring and very thorough with his treatments. I whole heartedly, highly recommend Midwest Dermatology!

Midwest Dermatology Clinic P.C. Is a horrible place and I would definitely not recommend the Papillion clinic even if it was the only dermatology clinic available in the world!! I took my grandmother in today for her appointment to see that their elevator is not working and their office is on the second floor. It took my grandmother 10 minutes to go up these stairs because she has COPD. My poor grandmother was gasping for air. I asked them why didn’t, they communicate about the elevator before hand. They said they have been having issues with the elevator for 6 weeks now. When I made the appointment for her 5 weeks ago on 12/27/2023, they never mentioned anything about the elevator and if I would like to book an appointment at another location. They also never sent any communication prior to the dr’s appointment and seeing if we like to reschedule. The front desk lady said they sent out an automated call to advise of the issue but my grandma don’t answer unknown numbers and there was no voicemail at all. Then the supervisor I spoke to after the fact said they sent out a text. Which we never received because I check my grandmother’s phone everyday. (Weird how the front desk lady and the supervisor said they had different ways of communicating) So I was upset about the fact that there was no communication and no accountability on their behalf. I asked to speak with a supervisor to voice my grandmother’s inconvenience and Coleen took no accountability and just said that they sent out a text and did communicate and that I can’t be rude to her staff. When I was never rude, I never raised my voice or cussed or anything. All I told the dr was to not speak to me please and just speak to my grandmother because I was upset with them. Which in my opinion was being nice because I rather not say anything if it’s not going to be nice. I told her I was not rude to them and she basically wanted to argue with me saying that’s not what her staff said. My point was not getting no where with her. So here I am letting everyone know how horrible, rude, inconsiderate these people are. Pls share guys because I tried to keep it internal and just speak with management but they are no better. I hate to put this issue out this way but I don’t want this happening to anyone else.
