Pain West

The treatment was good, however they in detail had all my information from my insurance figured out exactly what I would owe. Paid them in full what they researched I would owe. Treatment ended, then six months later trying to continue to charge me!

So far they have been very helpful and friendly. They treat me more like a person then just another patient. For that I am very grateful and they are coming up with a good game plan to help me get back on my own two feet.

Dr Kurt and their team are absolutely fantastic. From the time you walk in the door and speak to Precious behind the counter to when you leave with a true plan on how to get your body feeling better, it’s a 10/10 experience. Dr Kurt and Dr Tonya truly care about their patients and making a difference in their community. Definitely recommend calling them if you are having any type of joint or back pain.

The physical therapy just wasn't what I was looking for at Pain West. I sat there for 50 minutes doing stretches and exercises each time while the physical therapist sat mostly on his computer and/or watched sports on both TV's in the meantime. The physical therapists and chiropractor would get together and hang out and watch sports on 2 TV's and talk sometimes. I can't stand watching sports. If that's your thing, cool. To me, it's just ugh! It would have also be nicer to have the physical therapy tables not all together in the middle of the room...some privacy would be nice. The exercises were somewhat helpful but this wasn't what I was looking for overall. I liked getting TPI shots in my muscles from Katie the P.A. She really is very nice! However, my only complaint is that I didn't like that I could only get one area done per visit on the package. I was also never informed by anyone in this entire process in the beginning that I wouldn't be able to get TPI shots in the front of my shoulder which was one of the reasons I was there so that was disappointing. Overall, I personally prefer al la carte services and charge my insurance as you go. I didn't like that I had to fork out a bunch of money for services that I didn't know if I would like or not, find out that's not what I wanted and then wait for months and several phone calls later to get a refund when I decided I didn't want to go anymore. Also, my time is precious. For some people with chronic medical conditions, it takes a lot of energy to go to and from appointments. I feel like it took 2 appts to get me in and get started on a package before we could actually get to work. I found that to be very frustrating.

This place is amazing, Everyone here is professional and caring toward the patients,my care ,I received was outstanding, everything at one place for everything,I was 100% satisfied with my treatments,I would highly recommend to anyone needing treatment 😊😊😊😊😊
