Artisan Center Medspa

I love coming here. They are all very friendly and the best price in town. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff at first I was so nervous, but they make you feel right at home. It has really helped with my wrinkles and deep 11’s on forehead. I highly recommend visiting artisan med spa :)

I tried to book a facial while visiting Las Vegas. I cannot see any treatment services so I called the store, and a person who took a phone was extremely rude. They said they have to check my face first even though I aware of what i needed to get since I have many experiences of getting facials, lasers, procedures. When I asked options of facial treatment, this guy kept saying have to see in person first so I said "I will book a facial first, and when I visit there is it ok to change to other treatments " since they have poor online services. He suddenly declined to make an appointment with me. I don't know this guy is a owner or just an unprofessional receptionist but super RUDE and poor customer services. Such a horrible experience that I NEVER had with any medspa. He could be more kind to explain options of facial treatments but guess what.. just a lazy person who doesn't want to do business properly.

It was upstairs in a small center off the street and seemed sketchy. I walked in and the office was beautiful inside, the front office and Doctor we're great! The whole process was quick and efficient and I will be going here from now on for my treatments.😁

Calming environment, fast service and the dr was very educational and attentive to my focus areas. Definitely will be back. Staff was wonderful and everyone was so kind. Thank you all!
