From the moment I walked in to be greeted by a smiling Kiki, I immediately noticed the cleanliness of the front lobby. Kiki explained all of the procedures and offered me plenty of time to ask questions. Then, I was escorted to a room to have numbing cream applied and wait for my procedure. I had the PRP Micro needling, I think also known as the vampire facial, it was my first time and I didn’t know what to expect before I arrived. But I was told exciting that was happening as we went and I felt very comfortable! Jessica was amazing and I definitely will be coming back to see her again. I also joined the membership, which is a great deal and offers you some free perks! Check them out!!

The prices here are the most affordable in the entire U.S., and they use the latest authentic machines, which makes it so trustworthy! The environment is elegant, and the service is highly professional. I’ve become a lifetime member and make it a point to visit every year. Whether it’s the technology or the value, this place is outstanding. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality aesthetic treatments!

I bought a Groupon & scheduled with them. They canceled me me not once but 3 times each time claiming an emergency. I took time off from my job for nothing! First time I can understand, but a second and a 3rd time?? Think once they have your $ from groupon they don't care about your service. You know why? Because groupon will only give you $ back after 3 days. Here I am struggling to get my $ back. I refuse to go to a place that I know has multiple people working yet they can't accommodate you or squeeze u in with someone else? Instead they just cancel you right before appt. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

I went to this place today for getting my Ultherapy and Thermage! Five stars definitely. All the staff are very friendly. Can't wait for next time.
