Dr Roth was absolutely amazing and did a fantastic job on my lower face and neck lift. I’m thrilled with the results. Dr. Roth has an excellent bedside manner— thoroughly discussed the procedure, what to expect, recovery time, and answered all questions patiently. He Didn’t rush me when in the office or during the procedure. I didn’t feel like I was part of an assembly line and just a number but an actual patient. It was huge convenience that he came to my house the day following the procedure instead of going to the office. I would highly recommend Dr. Roth.

I had a consult with Dr Roth on Sept 4, 2024. It was my first consult of 3 after a year of doing research on the liposuction procedure and reading countless reviews of surgeons in and around Las Vegas. Dr Roth answered all of my questions and more. What I appreciated was his transparency and willingness to hear all of my concerns. I was borderline needing a tummy tuck but wanted only liposuction. Dr Roth thoroughly reviewed my mid-section and talked through the options and set clear expectations on the results I could expect to see from either procedure. What sold me on Dr Roth is his recommendation as if he was my significant other. Ultimately I decided on the liposuction only and canceled my other consultations. I knew immediately he was the surgeon I wanted doing this procedure. I had my procedure on November 1, 2024. Dr Roth’s bedside manner was impressive. This was my first ever surgery and going under anesthesia and he ensured I felt comfortable and safe. His staff did an excellent job of helping me understand the recovery process. In fact, my recovery was easier than I expected but their due diligence helped me have realistic expectations and trust the process. I was up, walking around and doing household chores by day 3. I’ve had 3 follow-ups since my surgery and I could not be more thrilled with the outcome and I’m not even fully healed yet. I still have some swelling in my lower back and abdomen that I will continue to address through lymphatic massages and time. Dr Roth has strong partnerships with several reputable lymphatic massage places that he recommends. These massages have been a tremendous help with swelling. Anyone considering liposuction, Dr Roth is the place to go. His portfolio and number of client reviews speaks for itself. Not to mention he is a board certified plastic surgeon. I can’t thank Dr Roth or his staff enough for making this procedure and process as seamless as it’s been.
