The service at La Femme was absolutely amazing! I scheduled an appt for injections with Cristina and a consultation with Dr. Mason. My lips and botox turned out stunning! Cristina was so kind, and you can tell she is passionate about her career. I get many compliments on my lips. When meeting Dr.Mason she has a smile to light up the room! I expressed my area of concern from a prior surgery, she was comforting as this is a bit dramatic for me to do again. I do not want the front staff to go unnoticed. From the first phone call, to the follow up phone calls Sam was friendly and professional.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Mason and her staff. Fyi, I am a 78 yo female that lost over 110 lbs. I found Dr. Mason through Google search and was extremely impressed with her on my initial visit. She immediately put me at ease, and after an initial exam, she assured me I could have the surgery I needed safely despite my age and having T2 diabetes. I cannot tell you how nervous and afraid I was to consider surgery at my age, but my condition required it, so I did consultations with several plastic surgeons before I chose Dr. Mason. Dr. Mason always takes the time you need to talk or discuss the procedures in detail, including illustrations, your concerns, and follow up schedules. She is always available to answer questions or address any issues that may come up, both before and after surgery. She is compassionate, empathetic, and does everything she can to make you comfortable both before and after surgery. I had my first major surgery on 9/25/24, and have healed fast with some very minor issues. The scar is far better than I expected, or saw on anyone else I contacted for a review. In fact, I have another procedure set for early 2026 with her. Her staff is also phenomenal to work with, they are professional, kind, friendly, and always willing to help you. They offer lymphatic massages, facials, and the latest skin care options, as well as an in-house surgical suite and recovery center all in one location. Anyone looking for PS surgical consultations should include Dr. Mason in their search. You won't be disappointed, I guarantee.

Dr. Mason and her team are some amazing people. Everyone is professional and friendly. All of my questions and concerns were answered. Dr. Mason’s reviews don’t do her justice. Over the years I have dealt with having multiple skin tags around my neck. Which has made me very uncomfortable as people would stare at me like there was something wrong with me. Little kids would tell me how gross it was and it really hindered self-esteem. Karah at Dr. Mason office told me that Dr. Mason would be able to assist me in having them removed. So I met with Dr. Mason, she was so kind and took her time with me. I proceeded with the procedure. I have to tell you the moment the healing process was over, I felt so grateful and I cried because I felt so relieved and beautiful. Now I know it’s not something that’s gonna be fixed forever as new ones will develop but I tend to see Dr. Mason again to have her assist. My overall experience was excellent. Dr. Mason is excellent. Her staff is excellent. Her office was beautiful. I look forward to visiting it again.
