His expertise and attention to detail are remarkable and the results have genuinely boosted my confidence. Dear Doctor Costa: My wife is a perfect 10! Twenty years ago on May 29th, 2004 I married the girl of my dreams. She was 42 then and as I stated above, a perfect 10 in every way. She was and still is the most beautiful and amazing woman ever. As we get older our bodies change, some parts of it that, when we were younger, are tight become a little looser. This was happening to me and at the age of 66 I had had enough. I was tired of the jowls that were becoming very noticeable and I was getting a turkey neck, which terrified me. So, after visiting with you and your staff I decided to get a lower face lift. Can I tell you how scary it was to let someone, even a doctor as talented as you, give me a facelift. All these thoughts kept running through my mind, like what if Dr Costa isn’t feeling well or what if he is up with sick kids and doesn’t get a good night's sleep. What will I look like? Will I be able to go out in public again? I put my fears behind me and on September 21st, 2022 Dr Costa gave me a facelift. Needless to say, all my fears were unfounded, Dr Costa was incredible! I no longer have saggy jowls and my turkey neck is gone. It’s been two years and I am so happy and grateful to Dr Costa and his staff. Fast forward to a few months ago when my wife told me that she was thinking about having Dr Costa give her a facelift. My reply was - Sweetheart, you are the most beautiful woman in the world, a perfect 10, Dr Costa can’t improve on that. She was persistent and in the end, like always, she won and on September 30th, 2024, Dr Costa gave her a facelift in his brand new, state of art, surgical center. The procedure went well, there was hardly any bruising and very little swelling. Dr Costa is an extremely talented doctor. As of today it’s been five weeks since her surgery, she is completely healed. The scars are either gone or hidden behind her hair line where they can’t be seen. Dr Costa took my perfect 10 wife and with the eye of an artist tightened up a little here and a little there and the result was stunning! On a personal note, I can’t thank you, Dr Costa, and your staff, Amber, Andrea, Destiny, Tessa and a few others that I don’t know as well for the service that you provide and, more importantly, the personal touch that you and your staff provide. We feel that all of you are our friends. Thank you

Doctor Costa and his office were very professional. They got me in for my surgery when I needed and were very helpful. I never have to wait long for my appts and Dr Costa explains things very well.

I got rhinoplasty done in September, and 3 months out I love the results! Everyone was super friendly and the recovery process was much quicker than I thought it would be. Thank you to Dr Costa and his staff!
