His nursing team is just as outstanding—they always remember the details of my case, making me feel valued and well cared for. Highly highly recommend this place! Everyone was so kind. First doctors office I’ve ever been in where everyone was smiling! Service was quick and easy as a first time patient! Dr. Cotter was insightful and very kind. Addressed all my needs and questions. Left there feeling confident and excited for some results :)

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Cotter and the entire staff at Las Vegas Dermatology. My office visit went very smoothly, my wait time was minimal and the staff were all super helpful and friendly. Dr. Cotter was very considerate and patient. He is thorough and very knowledgeable and took great care to explain the best course of action for my condition. I would highly recommend Dr. Cotter, he’s also friendly and funny, which really put me at ease.

Worse experience ever. I signed in with the front desk and they said to have a seat and I would be called soon since I had my appointment. There was about 4 additional people that came within the next 30 min after me which they knew. They signed in as well. I understand being busy so I waited patiently but they called 2 people that came in after me. Now it had almost been an hour of waiting so I went up and they said oh we didn’t check you in. If you can have a seat we will call you soon but by then the 3rd person that came in after me was called in. I will never use Las Vegas Dermatology completely un professional. I don’t normally post reviews but this was horrible I felt ignored and passed over. Horrible feeling. Complete waste of time. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. I even told her when I was signing in that I was several minutes late and she said ok.

I took my 3.5yr old to see Dr Cotter. Amazing experience. Front desk staff was super friendly, the MA was great and we loved Dr Cotter. He was so thorough and kind. He explained what was happening and the treatment plan in great detail. Highly recommend!!
