Not impressed at all. Felt extremely rushed even as a new patient. The provider Keesha came in with an uneasy attitude, not welcoming at all. Rolled her eyes when I asked my question. Didn't want to be there at all. Rushed my appt and told me to come back in 6 weeks. Yeah, no thanks. The front desk was really nice.

The appointment wait was brief and got to the back quickly . The tech had a personality of a cardboard box no friendly comforting words. I was nervous and wasn’t sure what was happening no explanation no “you got this” just did her job and bounced like I was just another number of stock to get branded for the day Next???

Desk staff were friendly and efficient. Minimal wait before being called into the exam room. Medical assistant was professional and efficient. Minimal wait before PA came in. Plus she patiently responded to my questions and inquiries. All in all, a very good experience.

After waiting about 35 mins past my appointment to be seen, the PA and Nurse did not know the purpose of my follow up appointment. Neither bothered to read notes in medical record or check to see if they had received my lab results that was completed at least two weeks prior to my appointment. They asked me if I had my lab results. Because they did not have the results available, the PA left the exam room deferring me to the nurse. The nurse stated they would follow up with me once they received my lab results. I work 10 hour days. This appointment was a waste of about 1.5 hours of my day which is a bing deal when your day starts at 4a. Though the nurse seemed to show some concern about the inconvenience for me, the PA was ghost and seemed to care less.

Check in was smooth and easy. I was taken back quickly and on time for my appointment. Dr Keesha Kaplan is the best & is so pretty! She has helped me get set up on a game plan to tackle my skin insecurities. I look forward to healthy happy skin!
