Reynolds Plastic Surgery

Dr. Reynolds and his entire team are exceptional. I had reconstructive breast surgery with Dr. Reynolds and the surgery, healing and results were outstanding. I highly recommend you use him. I will be forever grateful for his attention to detail, listening to my concerns, executing the surgery, easy communication with his team, everyone was so helpful and kind. Thank you so much Dr. Reynolds and his team.

I had surgery with doctor Reynolds one and a half years ago. It has been difficult to write this review because I feel like I wasted a lot of money. Long story short: I had three different areas surgically worked on by Dr Reynolds during one surgery. I am mostly happy with one area, moderately happy with the second area, and not at all happy with the third area- there actually doesn't look to be any difference in this area from pre and post op photos, other than a now-present post-surgical scar. I would not return to Dr Reynolds for any type of medical procedure. If you want the long story: My initial consultation with Dr Reynolds was great. He knows how to have a good bedside manner when he needs to, and made me feel comfortable and confident in his knowledge and capabilities. Every interaction I had after the initial meeting was incredibly disappointing. Everything from not receiving return phone calls from multiple staff members numerous times, being told my pre-op imaging results had not been received by the office (which in the end they admitted they had received , but they didn't bother to look in to it until I had driven across town to pick up the imaging report and delivered it directly to the office), being scheduled incorrectly for my procedure (I didn't even know if I was going to be able to have all aspects of my surgery done until a couple of weeks beforehand), and being told by one front desk receptionist that I wasn't her only patient and she had more important things to take care of. Post surgically, I was rushed out of the office for every follow up visit, mostly feeling like my questions were not adequately answered. There are so many additional issues that I encounter with Dr. Reynolds and his staff. Overall I am very disappointed with my experience and feel like I was just a number to everyone involved. And to top off the whole experience, I didn't get the post-surgical results I was expecting or was promised.

Everyone at Dr. Reynolds office has been delivering 5 Star service from day one. They are so very patient and understanding with all of my questions ...the results??? Better then I even knew was possible....thank you so much...so greatful I chose to work with Dr. Reynolds and his amazing staff!!!

I am conflicted on sharing this. Most of my experience with Dr. Reynolds was good. Thankfully nothing went wrong etc. One of my main concerns was not addressed during my surgery. My flanks (love handles) he claims he did lipo. I had 2 prior consults and both doctors were very clear that I would need lipo on my hips to not look boxy. I brought that up in consultation. I thought the first few months it was swelling. I had a lymphatic massage a couple months post op. Even she said yeah this has to be swelling. It will go away. I brought it up at my 2 month appointment post op and he brushed it off saying “your just being hard on yourself, you just look more curvy now” in my head I thought… I wanted to look less curvy… So I finally got the courage to text the office and while the response was kind basically they offered to have me come in for a consultation for back, Lipo. During my initial appointment, he was very clear that he could not get the center of my back But that he would get the sides. They sent me the notes which state that he did do the sides. But you can literally see in the pictures That I still very much have love handles. I feel like I’m being gaslit and it’s frustrating after spending $12,000 to finally fix my post baby body. My abs look amazing, but will you catch me in a two-piece outfit absolutely not. I’m more embarrassed of my Love handles now than I was before. You can see the handle in both the before and the after. They sent me this as “proof “ they he did do it… 🫤 Mirror pictures are 1 year post op. Not tight shorts but how can he say he did lipo on those sides?!?!

My husband had a procedure done on April 30th, 2024 and we are extremely happy with the results. Dr. Reynolds and his staff have been absolutely phenomenal since the very first consultation. When we had a concern and called them at 11pm, Dr. Reynolds answered the phone and walked us through what to do next. My husband had an issue (related to a disease he has, NOT the surgery) and Dr. Reynolds made sure my husband was taken care of and instructed us on what to do next. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Reynolds’ office to anybody with any plastic surgery needs! Absolutely amazing!!
