I had my first appointment with Dr. Karen after my regular dermatologist went on maternity leave, and I must say, it turned out to be a remarkably positive experience. Despite my apprehension about seeing a new doctor, Dr. Karen’s thorough and communicative approach immediately put me at ease. Given my history with melanoma, I am particularly cautious about my skin checks. Dr. Karen understood this right from the start and was extremely diligent. She examined every inch of my skin, ensuring that no area was overlooked, which I found very reassuring. Her attention to detail was impressive, and her ability to explain what she was looking for and any findings made me feel involved and informed throughout the appointment. During the visit, it was determined that I needed two biopsies. Normally, this would make me quite nervous, but Dr. Karen’s respectful and talkative manner kept me calm and comfortable. She explained each step of the process clearly, addressing all my concerns with patience and empathy. I am very happy with the care I received from Dr. Karen. Her professionalism and expertise not only met but exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a dermatologist who is not just medically proficient but also genuinely caring and attentive to her patients’ needs. I'm considering continuing my care under Dr. Karen even after my regular dermatologist returns!

Firstly, especially clean, modern, lovely. The staff is polite and efficient. No wait time. The women working with the Dr are knowledgeable and friendly. The Dr herself is very knowledgeable and helpful. I was diagnosed expertly and completely satisfied with the instructions. I have a much better understanding of my mature skin.
