I started working with Amber to help me focus on my health and wellness. As I said to Amber, I’m 62 now and I don’t know what that is supposed to feel like. In Amber’s very calm, caring, demeanor she asked great questions on how and what I was feeling. She concluded rather quickly that I should do blood work to confirm everything was in check as she thought I may be deficient in some areas. Amber initiated the blood work panel, got the results back in a couple of days, and Amber was correct with her thoughts, I was low in multiple areas of vitamins and some hormones which equated to me feeling tired and not on my game. With great conversation and collaboration Amber helped me with a plan to get me to start feeling stronger, more awake, and embracing 62.
