You Holistic, Irina Serebryakova, NP

Dr Irena listens to my rambling concerns as I age and feel the effects of arthritis. She provides encouragement and easy to understand guidance for better health so I can continue my active lifestyle. She was able to help me achieve better sleep cycles and I feel very well rested after a nights sleep versus still groggy. She’s encouraged me to try new modalities to improve my health and educated me to various food sensitivities and how diet can play a major role in healing. She is also realistic on my unique lifestyle and is able to work with me to pursue my physical and mental health goals!
