Dr. Shah is great. She takes the time to listen to you and is efficient with her exam. I have seen her for annual skin exams twice now and have been pleased both times. The myDH portal is a wonderful tool, as well. It is so easy to communicate with my DH care teams.

Finally got an appointment with Kristen schiele after months of trying. She has a great bed side manor. She listened to me and put me on a medication ( that doesn't work) but at least I feel like I'm getting some were. So now I problem has gotten way worse and I have sent pictures and emails she sent one email telling me we would discuss it at the next visit. My issue has gotten way worse I should be in the hospital it's so bad. I have emailedvher and sent in pictures and she doesn't respond. I mean it's like a life or death am situation with me right now. And I was supposed to see her in a month and they scheduled me for almost 2 months. I'm having severe issues it's really is a life or death situation with my issue right now and she will not respond to me. I thought Kristen was great when I met her but that's no way to treat your patience.

The clinical treatment team was wonderful. My only complaint is that trying to get a follow up appointment with receptionist was horrible. Waited 15 minutes with response. She knew I was waiting and still sat chatting with her friend in office (I could hear, it wasn't a patient). I left without an appointment. She was very rude on phone when I called to schedule follow up.

Waited three months for my appointment. About a week or so before my appointment, they contacted me to let me know that my appointment was actually scheduled during a week where appointments are limited to 20 minutes each (don't worry, you still pay full price). so, I waited 3 months for a limited, 20-minute appointment. Also, I've seen multiple dermatologists here and none of them tell me the same thing. Go elsewhere if you can.

I'm worried about posting this and having worse treatment because of it. But I've had so much trouble with this department. They are always short with me and blame me for things they mess up on. I've had a lot of trouble with getting appointments and medications from them which has left me with severe reactions from having to go days without medications. When I do have appointments, they are good. But getting an appointment is a real struggle. Especially since it always feels like I'm such an inconvenience to them.
