I had a great experience with Dr. Chatson and his whole office. I was looking for a plastic surgeon I could trust to remove a deflated tissue expander that I'd had after a single mastectomy several years ago, and I was really on the fence about what type of breast reconstruction would be best for me, if anything. We talked through some options, and I decided on fat grafting. I really appreciated the time Dr. Chatson spent with me listening to my concerns and goals, and talking through the options. I am so glad I found him! The surgery went smoothly, and while I won't know the full results of the fat grafting for a few more months, I am really happy with the results, and the process, thus far! I cannot recommend Dr. Chatson (and his super kind staff) highly enough! I'd use him again, for sure!

In 2007, I was diagnosed with breast cancer while living in MA. I chose to have a double mastectomy with immediate reconstruction using implants, all under one doctor's care. Despite excellent initial results, I faced numerous complications over the following years, requiring four implant replacements between 2008 and 2015. Three were due to capsular contracture, and one was because of a large hematoma that could have been life-threatening if I hadn't advocated for myself and demanded an MRI. Each surgery involved a long recovery period. Taking a chance, I decided to seek out a new doctor. After extensive research, I chose Dr. Chatson, though he wasn't a referral. From my first contact with his office, I felt reassured. The entire staff, especially Terri and Shelley, is exceptional. Dr. Chatson immediately impressed me with his attentiveness and kindness. He not only addressed my concerns but also suggested additional improvements to enhance the appearance around my implants. While I was skeptical about his predicted recovery time based on my previous experiences, I was pleasantly surprised. I felt significantly better much sooner than the two weeks it typically took after my previous surgeries. The results far exceeded my expectations. Dr. Chatson delivered results that were truly amazing, thanks to his extra effort and skill. I'm incredibly grateful and only wish I had found him back in 2007. Dr Chatson's down-to-earth, manner is calming, never rushing and pleasant. He aims to please, striving for perfection, just ask his consistent staff. It was nice to know he and the same team of perfessionals were there for me again 12 years later, post pandemic! Go no further, you would be challenged to find a comparable plastic surgeon and team.
