New Hampshire Derm Clinic, PLLC

The office called me to reschedule an appointment because the doctor needs to go on vacation. I've already waited almost 6 months to be seen, with concerning moles, and now will be waiting another almost 4 months to be seen. They told me it didn't matter if there was a concern, and even if something was identified as malignant it would be the same waiting time. Also, they were unable to refer me to any other local practice. They said they did not know of any other dermatology clinics accepting new patients. Do not go here!

NO CALLS BACK AFTER REPORTING AN INFECTION AFTER A PROCEDURE. DONT SEE THIS PRACTICE!!!! Both my husband and I called 7 times over 4 months to reschedule appointments, no one ever calls back. When the lack of communication was reported to 2 different staff members, their responses were that they never heard that complaint before. Husband has a growth removed, infection within 2 days, called office repeatedly, they never called back to see how bad infection was. Had to see PCP to get antibiotics. RUN, don't walk, away from this practice!!!!

Forcing disabled veterans to sign financial responsibility paperwork that is a clear violation of their contract with the Department of Veterans Affairs. In this case the Clinic created a followup appointment outside the DVA's authorization window and so the DVA would not pay them. They then came after me for payment for their administrative oversight. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and their response included a lie that they had created an appointment within the window that I cancelled. That never happened. This office is dishonest and deceptive and I would seriously think twice before utilizing their services.

The clinic left me a message last month to reschedule the appointment I had waited 4.5 months for and requested I call them to set it up. I called three times and left messages with no call back. Extremely disappointed and frustrated by this unprofessionalism (especially given this appointment is for a baby) and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I went here for two suspicious looking skin tags that changed over time. The Staff was friendly and quick. I had a quick wait time in the waiting room. Was taken in, the doctor looked agreed they needed to be removed and sent to the lab for more info. My visit probabky took 20 min but didnt feel rushed, staff just seemed efficient. Everyone was happy and friendly. I 10/10 suggest this place
