Seated more than an hour, wasted our time. The doctor kept explaining their previous patience is their priority. So what’s the point of having appointments if they’re not gonna follow up. Also, patients who was there after me was seen before us smh. Won’t be back at this place.

Elsie Rivera is a pleasure to deal with. She is compassionate, highly knowledge and will go out of her way to help you. Nancy, the receptionist, is also a lovely lady who helps in any way she can. Your main phone number customer reps are mainly awful and unresponsive. I avoid calling if possible.

Elise was very informative about my issues and each visit is a pleasant experience she is so easy to talk to and understand a true people person. I'd highly recommend her to anyone

My experience with the front office staff was very pleasant and they were very helpful. Dr. Samuel was professional very approachable and had an excellent bedside manner and didn’t rush me out of the appointment. She answered all my questions and she also had helpful recommendations for me. I would definitely go back to this office
