NJ cosmetics and spa has such a wonderful atmosphere and Rita is so professional and makes you feel so comfortable! They’re clean and focused and that’s very important to me. I have bought gift certificates for all my friends and every visit they had was wonderful as well. Would recommend!

I usually like this place and had no issues in the past with the other girl that did the laser. But while at work a missed call came through from the person doing the laser now and said she had her own appointment and that she wanted to cancel mine. I didn't find out till after work while I was rushing to get there. then every time I call to make a new appointment, NO ONE EVER PICKS UP!! how is it that you cancel on me, then never call me back to reschedule and every time I call (during their work hours) No one is available to pick up the phone. Completely unprofessional. If someone has an appointment at least call a day in advance to reschedule your client. Not call 2 hours before you have to leave for your appointment, when people are at their own jobs working. I am so disappointed.
