I was treated with enthusiastic kindness from the moment I walked in to Refresh. Everyone was very friendly and happy to help. Greg met me at the front desk and introduced himself then I was taken to the room and made comfortable. Greg explained the different types of injections to me, what each one was for and how it was best used. He spent a good half hour making sure I understood every option available and the effects of each. I never felt rushed or pushed into a procedure I wasn’t comfortable with. This was not my first time with injections, but they did not assume anything and gave me lots of different options. I felt in control of my treatment the whole time. I had a specific concern about some filler that was done poorly by another spa and asked his opinion. He was very honest about options, landing on one that made him no money at all- that I should wait for it to dissolve on its own and not try to fix it in case the “fix” made it worse. He also referred me to a surgeon in case I wanted another opinion. I admired this kind of integrity. I respect that Greg was willing to treat me fairly and honestly rather than risk making the situation worse to make a buck. I ended up having other injections that went perfectly and I am very happy with the results. Their honesty and integrity earned my trust and my business that day and for the future. I recommend 100%. You can’t do better than Refresh.

I highly recommend Assistant Physician Gregory Chang. I had the best experience. He is genuinely interested in making you look the best. I visited 2 plastic surgeons before him, and I felt that they were more interested in making money than in offering a good treatment. I received fillers with a plastic surgeon 7 years ago, and he never corrected the lumps that didn't dissolve in my cheeks for years. After meeting Gregory Chang in Refresh Medspa, I felt that I could trust him, and this year I gave him a try. From the beginning, he showed me interest in doing a good job, not in how much money I would pay him. I did it, and nobody can tell that I received a filler. He is an expert when injecting fillers. Also, he charged me much less at the end for the whole treatment because he said that he would rather lose money before finishing a job that is not perfect.

Dr Greg was very professional, knowledgeable, and gentle with injections. Him and the staff were extremely sweet and ready to answer any questions of mine. The place is very clean and inviting. Definitely recommend and will come back myself.

Kristina and Dr. Chang were AMAZING from the moment I stepped in the door. I've never been there before, but they made me feel super comfortable as soon as I stepped through the door. The spa is immaculate and extremely well designed! Kristina was an amazing person who I connected with immediately (she's very laid back, and I felt like we were old friends!). I have never had any type of facial services done, but a colleague recommended Refresh to me. I had no idea what I was doing when I went in, and I was super comfortable letting them recommend what they felt was best! Kristina was kind enough to provide affordable recommendations for my skin type until my next session. I am beyond thrilled with the experience, so thank you both! This place is incredible. Albert was super kind and awesome the second you walk in. Greg is a master at his craft. He is conservative and informative and makes you feel like he has your best interests in mind which is a lot different than other places I’ve been which try to talk you into different procedures. He analyzes you and makes a plan tailored to your specific needs. Not to mention I learned a whole anatomy lesson with his awesome educating. He did my lip filler and it looks flawless. 10/10 will be back!
