Don't waste your time. They will prescribe you treatment without even looking at you or confirming the issue. Honestly they could have done this over the phone, without me waiting a week for appointment.

The Cape May County office is not that great every time you have an appointment they call you to cancel it because the provider is not in this happens quite often after you have waited for your appointment then it's canceled by that and you have to wait a long time to get another appointment such not a good way to do business

The main doctor has no patient care whatsoever just ice cold. I could deal with that if the rest of the staff were helpful but not at all. The receptionist I dealt with on several occasions was a young entitled woman with a terrible attitude and no idea how to communicate even within her own company. The communication is the worst I’ve ever experienced in a medical office. I wa scheduled for mohs surgery on my nose it was the day before they told me how bad the surgery would be and did I have a plastic surgeon I go to! The day before!! They never mentioned that I could get radiation therapy that has 98% success that’s non invasive because they don’t offer it I had to go to another doctor which the nurse said she dealt with the same thing at certified! Just awful

I had a wonderful visit from start to finish. Prior to my visit they sent a link to an app that allows you to put in all your information so that you don't have to do that sitting in the office. This of course made check in very easy. Staff was polite wait time was minimal. The visit itself was very efficient and moved along quite quickly. Jaclyn and her assistant explained everything as they went along making me feel quite comfortable. I was seen in the Cape May Court House location but they have other locations in Galloway Northfield Mays landing and Vineland.

Travel or go to a local known dermatologist. The PA'S always refer you to someone else. Can't do my job so go find someone else after you just waited 6 weeks for an appt. I made my appt SIX WEEKS in advance just to be told sorry I'm not comfortable with that procedure. Then wanted to prescribe a cream that has been discontinued. LOL.. I thought I scheduled for a LICENSED AND INSURED AND KNOWLEDGEABLE DOCTOR no one told me it was a PA until I got there. Thank you for Wasting my time.
