Susanne gives the best facials! She is knowledgeable and up to date with different skincare routines, and treatments. My skin always feels like it can breathe when I get done and the glow is real!!! She is the absolute best and would highly recommend!

extremely disappointed with the service here. i have pre-skin cancer and have been unable to find a dermatologist that takes my insurance nearby, which is especially important for summer sun and heat. after reaching out here, and viewing the website, it says that they take Aetna. we were finally able to make an appointment, after waiting a long time to get in, drove 20 minutes, and then get told they actually do not take this insurance. thank you for wasting my time Paolini! now i have to once again continue my search for a dermatologist to make sure i am not cancerous.

I've been here three times. I've been treated by Sean the last two times. He was great. My complaint is that when you call for an appointment, you get an automated message to leave your name and number and they'll call you back. Half the time, they don't call and you can't make an appointment. It's a pretty strange practice for a Dr's office. It I were only reviewing Sean, it would have been 5 stars though.

Very upset with everything ….. I feel like I wasted $1200 Then had to pay a fee for getting a partial refund. Don’t waste your money…….

This is the best facial I have ever experienced. Friendly staff, great facility and my esthetician at the MedSpa SUSSANNE is out of this world. Sussanne’s facials are soothing and though she does a thorough extraction, my face doesn't hurt at all or look too red afterwards. She talks you through what she's doing and recommends products to use. She is extremely knowledgable when it comes to what kind of treatment your skin needs. Her services were amazing, and it was refreshing how honest she was. You'll leave with glowing, happy skin but also a relaxed mind! Worth every penny and then some! I cannot say enough great things. I can't wait until my next appointment!
