If I could give 0 stars I would. I had made an appointment for a consult and left a $100 dollar deposit. I called to cancel the appointment and ask for a refund. I was told I could leave the deposit on my account and use it towards a future appointment. That sounded reasonable, so I agreed to leave it on my account. I ended up not rescheduling another appointment, and when I called to get my refund, I was denied because they had me marked as a "No show". I absolutely called to cancel, because that was when I was told I could leave it on my account. The office manager upheld the decision and they kept my money. For that reason alone, all trust in this business was lost and I will never entertain making another appointment here nor would I recommend anyone else making an appointment. I was basically called a liar, and am out $100.

Jaclyn took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring I felt confident and well-informed about the fractional plasma treatment.
