Dr. Lyle M. Back, M.D

I do not recommend this doctor at all! I went in for two separate surgeries that were done on the same day. One surgery was for a scar correction. During the consultation he explained what he was going to do and the outcome was nothing like he had described. In fact l, it came out much worse, more protruding and more noticeable. I look at this scar on my face every single day and get so upset I trusted him. I regret doing anything because he made the scar so much worse and more noticeable. I now have to get Botox and filler regularly to camouflage his shotty work. Very pricey! The other surgery left me with even more scaring. His bedside manner is absolutely appalling! He is a nasty man! Do your research! Do not trust this man with a knife, with injections, with anything!

I recently had a neck/lower face lift done by Dr. Back. Disregard the two negative reviews he has. I am thrilled, he his top notch and detail oriented. On top of that, his staff is warm and caring. Don’t consider any other plastic surgeon than Dr. Back.

I had liposuction of the stomach, sides and upper back. During the consultation Dr Back ASSURED me that the outcome of the procedure would be amazing. The month that I took the bandage the wrap off, I looked great, as time progressed I started looking the way I was before the procedure, and I brought it up to him before the next appointment, I went into see him, and he told me to give it a few more months that I was still healing, so I went back a year pretty much to the day of the procedure. Then he told me to come back again that I was still healing. I was not happy with my results. When I told him this, he told me basically there was nothing else he could do and that getting a touchup would not be recommended because the results would not be good at all. In the meantime, I’ve gone to two other doctors that said that a little more Lipo in the areas that were problematic could be done. I’m very disappointed with my procedure from Dr Back, a few people told me before hand that they would not recommend him, but I did it anyway. That being said, the staff was very nice and professional, and Dr Back himself was a nice person, but I paid a lot of money, and I am not satisfied with the results at all, I don’t think he was either, but he didn’t say so, and apologized and said if I can do anything else in any other areas for you, let me know, “no thanks” Also, as you all can see, he only responds to positive feedback…

Dr. Lyle Back is a great cosmetic surgeon. He has a great bedside manner, friendly, highly intelligent, very professional and always available to discuss any procedure or questions you may have. His staff is also very friendly, warm and extremely professional. I highly recommend Dr. Back. I’m very happy with my procedure. Thank you Dr. Back!

Dr Back and his staff are incredible. The Surgical center used was clean, and the nurses there were amazing. My concerns / questions were all answered, and I was 100% comfortable every step of the way. Dr Back is very skilled and can tell he cares about his work as well as his patients. Thank You Dr Back!
