Alexander Doctoroff, DO

Dr. Doctoroff's is incompetence in his treatment approach. During the appointment, he displayed a rushed and indifferent attitude. This lack of care is a significant concern, regardless of his claimed skill level. It is crucial to be proactive in seeking information about aftercare and the details of the after-visit summary, as both Dr. Doctoroff and his assistant neglected their responsibility to provide these details comprehensively. Following an unsatisfactory initial appointment, during which the treatment was incomplete despite a substantial charge to my insurance for a 45 minutes wait time and a brief 15-minute visit, I requested a follow-up appointment without additional charges. Unfortunately, this request was denied. As a result, I cannot recommend Dr. Doctoroff. Patients deserve medical care from a more qualified and compassionate physician who prioritizes their well-being.

I've been patient of Dr. Doctoroff for years. I also have a complicated case. The doctor and all the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They are always up to date with new research in treating of various skin problems that make them able to help their patients. Highly recommend!

A 45 minute wait as they were very busy, courteous staff at the front desk and the team that performed the assessment was beyond top notch very professional and informative. Doctor performed a thorough exam and treatment plan. Aside from the wait I would recommend this practice.

I went to this office for the first time yesterday. The staff was friendly day, the service was excellent, and it was altogether a very relaxing and comfortable environment. I was so worried I had a rash that would require prescription meds, but it turned out I only needed an over the counter cream and allergy meds. Dr Doctoroff was really good, and explained to me what was going on. I was so relieved. I recommend his office to anyone and everyone! The only weird thing was that I had to fill out a long form on my phone, then repeat the exact same thing on paper. So when they send you the link to fill out your pre-visit info, be ready to fill it out all over again in the office.

I highly recommend Dr. Doctoroff! I am a long time patient and still make the trip to see him as I’ve moved out of the area. He is honest, compassionate and I trust him to do what is best for me and my health. He listens if I have any questions or concerns and addresses them clearly and compassionately.
