They switched my appointment, the wait time is like 1 hour plus wait just to get into your room! The guy ahead me went up to ask what the wait was. Needless to say they are not interested in treating patients. Doctor did not care about what is going on with me. I can see why recent reviews are 1 star ratings. Will be going somewhere else.

Rushed, seemed like I was bothering her, didn’t even close the door, looked at my rash for 2 seconds and that was it, didn’t listen to me or my previous experience and that I didn’t want the script she suggested me as it hadn’t worked for me in the past and was halfway out the door while I was still kinda asking questions. My pharmacy cvs, major pharmacy, didn’t have what she prescribed so they sent several requests for a new script and they just ignored them. I had to call and express my disappointment, we will see what happens but I wouldn’t go here unless it’s an emergency and they are the only appointment available. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

After not being happy with this location two years ago, I decided to try again and use a different provider. I was not happy at all. My visit lasted approximately two minutes. The provider did an evaluation of my face as I sat in the chair and her sitting in a chair across from me. I would think a full exam required her to do a closer look, as well as provide patient education. Then she gave me a copy/paste skin regime, even after me telling her I tried that before. It appeared to be a print out she gives all patients. Then I come to review the reviews and see a patient state she gave her the same medicine as me; another patient stated she examined her from 5 feet away. If you want individualized professional treatment; this is not the location for you. I do want to however, commend the office manager for reaching out to me in an attempt to make things right and apologize.

My first time coming here and I was treated badly by all except the downstairs receptionist. As soon as I walked those steps upstairs I felt hostility from the upstairs receptionist and the NP Danielle herself. Immediately she comes in, seems disgusted to even touch my arm and check my issue out properly. Missing a lot of bedside manner, I would never come here again.

Same as other patients' comments. Wait time close to one hour. When I saw doctor Doctoroff, he appeared friendly, I told him my problem, and he said it looks like dermatitis. I heard it is not uncommon, so when he said we are going to start with a shampoo, It sounded like he expected that I would go back if it didn't work. Like I'm an unlimited source of income for him having to come back multiple times. I remember when I used to go to the doctor, and it was expected that he would make every attempt to cure you on the first try. This doctor is all about money. I won't come back.
