Dr. Soto treated my daughter at Valley ER for stitches above her eye. He arrived quickly after being called late at night with incredible enthusiasm and warmth that put my daughter at ease. He took the time to explain everything to her and was so patient and kind. Our follow up a week later to remove the stitches was an equally positive experience.
