Dr. Kwan was personable and knowledgeable. He made me feel very comfortable through out the process. He answered all of my questions and kept me involved . His staff was amazing, they were very polite and always available. The surgical suite and his office was clean. I felt comfortable. I would highly recommend this provider and his practice to anyone who needs to have a procedure. I am very happy with results.

My wife and I are very pleased with the Excellent job that Dr. Kwan has provided for us. The service by Dr. Kwan and his staff is very impressive everybody is very nice and attentive and they go the extra mile to take care of us. Dr Kwan is True Artist my wife had multiple surgery’s in one day about a year ego and this year it was my turn I had multiple surgeries among them (liposuction, fat grafting, chin implant, rhinoplasty, etc.) he made it look Good! Dr. Kwan is few of the surgeon with extensive experience and professionality when it comes to mandibular procedure. He is the best of the best in terms of quality of care and you can always trust him because he is always on top of everything and I assure you will be in good hands. The staffs are super friendly and detail oriented, they will always work with you to tailor a plan that suits your need from the front to back and accomodate the schedule at your convenience. I would say the entire experience is unprecedented and beyond my expectation because it really feels like a home from home.

The doc is super nice. Acupuncture therapy is available. Premium dermatological products. Convenient on site visitors parking. Accessibility ♿ entry way & accessibility parking. Not so far from Scotchtown NY, 10941. Worth the trip for my aging disability parent. Very reasonable rates.
