The best ! I would definitely recommend!! I had a bump on my nose for over 6 years and it hurt and been bothering me . I found them through my insurance and they are the best !! Dr. Shin removed it for me fast, not painful at all , told me everything I needed to know how to care for it etc. The office is clean , smells super good. And every one is so nice doctors staff , front desk . Everyone . So if you’re looking for a dermatologist search no further come here !

Very good experience with skin cancer removal and 6 stitches. Dr. Shen did an excellent, beautiful job. He and staff were professional, courteous. He did not rush at all, took his time. Surgery looks very neat.

Dr Lee is a tremendous communicator. In my case he explained succinctly and precisely what he observed and why there was nothing to worry about. In the case of a bad burn he provided a detailed clarification regarding the time it would take to fully restore normal feeling. He is obviously a seasoned veteran but also kind and empathic. I recommend him highly. The staff were thoroughly professional and efficient from check-in right through to my scheduling of a follow up appointment.!

My experience with the Aesthetics staff was shockingly unprofessional and completely unnecessary. I recently underwent a PICO laser treatment for a tiny hyperpigmentation spot on my face, less than half a centimeter in diameter. When I returned for a follow-up to determine if additional treatment was needed, they insisted on taking a full-face photo, claiming it was part of a "medical procedure." However, I saw no valid reason for this, as the treatment was for a single small spot, and I did not consent to being photographed. The staff member, a Korean woman, was incredibly rude—raising her voice at me and treating me like a child. Everyone has the right to refuse photographs, and I have done so at other aesthetic clinics without any issue. If this were truly a "medical procedure" as they claimed, my health insurance would have covered it instead of me paying $200 out of pocket. She then aggressively stated that Dr. Lee would not see me unless I allowed the photo, without even consulting him first, as if she were the sole decision-maker. Her behavior was unprofessional, condescending, and completely unacceptable. This experience was a waste of time and money—avoid the aesthetics department at all costs.

This was a very pleasant experience. I showed up, filled out registration forms, was called in on time. Waited about 1-2 minutes in the room before someone came in to take vitals. Doctor was in no more than 2-3 minutes after that. I saw Chohee Park who answered all my questions, put thought into the treatment plan and communicated everything clearly. We even strategized on timing of coverage from my end. I am returning and will shift my other dermatological care from a different doctor in Hackensack to here.
