Rachael is amazing. My monthly visit pertains to receiving a facial and it is so relaxing that sometimes I fall asleep. Rachael does a great job with my crazy schedule as well even if I need to change my appointment at the last second, she is very understanding. Also got a pedicure before, and it lasted for three weeks which surprised me because it wasn't gel just normal polish.
