I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Franchesca Beauty Studio! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was inviting, and the staff made me feel right at home. The pedicure was equally luxurious. The nail technician was meticulous and made sure every detail was perfect. The massage chair was so relaxing, and the foot scrub left my skin feeling soft and rejuvenated. What really sets this salon apart is the attention to detail and customer care. I get VIP services every time I visit Franchesca Beauty Studio. I have a busy lifestyle and sometimes need a beauty appointment last minute and they are always accommodating. I am able to get all my beauty needs met in one place. From nails, to hair, to makeup to massages…I couldn’t ask for more. The entire staff is kind and friendly . I was sent here last minute for make up in 2022 and I have gone back several times. Franchesca and Melissa are so great. They always make a way to accommodate me. Melissa makes the best coffee ever! I mostly get my nails and pedi done there. They make me feel like family. They keep the salon clean which I definitely notice especially being in the medical field sterilization is very important to me. The only thing I miss and wish they had is a massage chair the massage basin while having a pedicure I stand all day so my feet swell up and I miss having that but I can say they are always busy so that’s a good thing. I highly recommend.

Excellent customer service, the experience was beyond words. I had a facial with Andres. He is a professional in the skincare world; as soon he sees your face, he will tell you precisely what you need, and in the first session, you'll see good results. Then I had a pedicure and manicure with Viviana. Her work is excellent, and she knows how to get you in and out without wasting your time. And final but not least, Melissa her attention during my time there was remarkable; the moment you step into the business, she welcomes you with a big smile, and during your time there, she's always looking for what you need, coffee, water, snacks, you named. I will come back; fantastic experience and 100% recommended.

Nice salon, the ladies are very sweet. English isn’t their first language, from those who worked with me at least, but there’s always someone nearby to translate if you don’t speak Spanish. I’m pretty happy with the way they cut my hair. The only thing that will make me hesitate to go back is their prices: I have straight hair, came in for a wash, cut and blow dry. I didn’t get any special treatments or anything and the price was $95 pre-tip. Yowza.
