This Dr. was recommended by someone, but what I received was not what I expected. I arrived 10 minutes early. No-one was at the front desk. Another patient came and finally yelled in the back in Polish and the Doctor himself finally came out. He then told me to sit and relax and wait for the staff. Wth! 2 woman came in 10 minutes late, took their time opening computers and then gave me a clipboard with 1 page and then handed me 3 more pages. Now, it was 25 minutes that I was there and I told the Dr. when booking I couldn't come if the time ran over and he said no problem. I chose not to stay and give them all my personal information. the whole place gave me a bad vibe. The 2 women were clueless as to why I was not going to stay and I told them and the Dr. It was very unprofessionally run office and my time was just as valuable as any Doctor. These offices have to remember they are supposed to provide a service and with that, Us customers need to feel safe, comfortable and know that we are putting ourselves in this person's care. I felt none and that. I would not recommend.

Receptionists are very rude in-person. Talk to you in a condescending tone and when handed money with some in quarters being told things like "what are you doing" and "we can't take this" while laughing and throwing the money back on the counter. Would not recommend horrible service.

PATHETIC& RIDICULES! Go at your own risk. I waited for 1:30 hours and then returned back to home without visiting doctor as the receptionist could not understand my insurance plan! She made me call to insurance, then denied to talk to the insurance person I was in call and finally she had her 45 mins call with insurance and told me not sure about next step..

Horrible service! I called to make sure they accept my insurance and of course new patients. On a day of appointment after showing my insurance card Receptionist told me they don’t accept new patients with this insurance. I took off at work and wasted my time for that office! I

I've been going to Dr Pyz for several years now I'm 61 He's the best doctor I've ever had in my life The staff is always kind and courteous with me very happy going there
