I came in for a skin check as a new patient. The doctor was courteous and professional, but definitely in a rush. I wasn't seen until almost a half hour after my appointment time, so maybe they need to look at their scheduling system. A skin check requires some time for a thorough examination, especially if you have skin like mine. Everything was rushed, including the biopsies and the decision to take them in the first place. Everyone i interacted with was very nice and professional, it just felt like they don't have the time for their patient volume.

Doctor’s amazing, addressed all my issues and explained treatment options thoroughly. But the staff can be rude depending on who you get, I called to cancel my appointment due to some more serious ongoing medical issues, I apologized twice for cancelling so close to the appointment and the staff just said “don’t do it again” and hung up before even giving me a chance to explain the situation. Took me off guard because the staff has been great otherwise.

Dr Geller and the staff are awesome. I had such a fantastic experience I brought a friend in, and it was the same for him. The office is efficient friendly knowledgeable and understanding. The pricing is very reasonable. Dr. Geller is great, I wish I found him years sooner.

My visit with Cindy the PA was excellent. This is the first time I didn’t see Dr Geller but Cundywas great. She answered whatever questions I had and was very attentive. The receptionist was very pleasant and upbeat. Overall, I highly recommend the practice.

Update: the office made a point to call me back after my review and talk with me about my experience, which I really appreciate! I've modified slightly, however this experience does sound typical of the process. The team was friendly, but it felt very rushed. For my body scan, the dr. did not check some areas or explain a given symptom, and did not pause to bandage new wounds (from removals) before moving on, so my stomach bled while my back was checked.
