I absolutely love this location! From the moment I walk in, I’m always greeted with warmth and hospitality. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The front desk team is fantastic, and Kenzy has been especially amazing since day one. She’s so sweet and patient, and took the time to explain the different packages, pricing, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I also recently had the pleasure of meeting Ally, the director, and she is just as kind, helpful, and bubbly. The laser techs are all medical professionals, which adds a level of professionalism and care that really puts me at ease. They truly make you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I recently had a session with Amanda, and she was fantastic! We had such a great conversation, and the time flew by during my full-body laser session. The procedure itself is nearly painless, and I always feel well taken care of. I actually look forward to my appointments, and they’re always willing to accommodate with cancellations or rescheduling if needed, making it such a stress-free experience. All in all, it’s always great vibes here, and I can’t recommend this place enough!

I walked into LaserAway to hoping to get a quick hair removal treatment and they were super helpful to get me a same day appointment. Ally was very kind and courteous and helped me with the process. The shop is very clean and welcoming. What I really liked about this place is that this practice is heavily backed with medical professionals so it is credible and reliable. PA did an amazing job! I used to go to a place in NYC but I had such a wonderful experience here and would continue to come here. Highly highly recommended!!!!

This is my 4th time going to LaserAway Hoboken and I always get the clear and brilliant laser facials treatments. I’m always very anxious and nervous about the laser and my eyes. It’s not a rational fear but I really appreciated the way Janet was so patient with me throughout the entire procedure!! Constantly talking to me throughout and reassuring me to keep me calm. She was really good and has a calming voice as well: I hope to get her next time!
